As a result, many printing and dyeing factories cannot adjust the amplitude of the burning mouth of the sintered machine, and the wide burning mouth can burn narrow fabrics. This has undoubtedly caused a huge waste of energy. So how to adjust the firing range of the hair-burning machine? Generally speaking, there are three ways to adjust the amplitude of the burners: first, the cast iron flame-pressing plate can be moved on the slit of the two ends of the fire mouth, which can be adjusted manually. Secondly, compressed air can be fed into both ends of the fire mouth, and the pressure can be adjusted to adjust the amplitude of the fire mouth. Thirdly, the amplitude can be adjusted by adjusting the regulating valve on both sides of the bottom of the fire port, each regulating valve controlling flame amplitude is 125 mm. The first method is the simplest and feasible, but the effect is not obvious enough. The second is not easy to control and affects the stability of the flame. If the flame is too large, the energy is wasted and the flame is too small, which results in incomplete firing on both sides of the fabric and affects the quality of the burning. The effect of the third method is obvious, simple operation, energy saving, is the main method of amplitude modulation. However, these three methods can not be called perfect, the fire mouth amplitude and the fabric amplitude can not match well, and can not save resources to the maximum extent. High speed and high efficiency amplitude modulation is the future development direction of the wool burner.
